It all starts with a
34 years old, 21stones, several health conditions, on the verge of being type 2 diabetic and dealing with depression. That's how I started my fitness journey almost 5 years ago. Being able to transform my life was no easy task, I just knew I couldn't continue the way I was as my health and ultimately my life was on the line. I knew at 34 my body was not going to simply respond as well as it would as if I had been in my early twenties. So I embarked upon a lifestyle fit for my age that would change my life. I'm proof that anyone can turn their life around. Now I dedicate my life to being a constant student in fitness and nutrition, so that I can help others live their life better.

Been starving ourselves for days, depressed, lacking energy as our co-workers feast on cookies, crisps and doughnuts. Here we sit feeling sorry for ourselves, as we stare down at our lifeless salad bowl wondering when our transformation is going to come.
